I’ve been a serious vegetarian. I’ve been a cheating vegetarian. I’ve been a half-baked vegetarian who didn’t cook with meat at home but enjoyed it lots when out. For a while, I promised I’d never again buy factory-processed meat sold on foam trays with those yuk blood diapers. Only “happy meat” would land on my table…. It’s so expensive to shop with a conscience. Back to buying meat on trays.

Not eating meat is the easiest way to reduce my ecological footprint. So I still tell family, friends and neighbours that “I don’t eat a lot of meat.” Here’s how much meat.  Do I eat a lot of meat?
